Every carrier profile now shows a composite reputation score (0–100) that weighs safety rating, crash history, out-of-service rate, inspection pass rate, insurance continuity, and fraud signals into a single broker-readable verdict. Color-banded from green (offer) through amber (consider) to red (avoid).
Carrier profiles at `/c/[dot]` and `/carriers/[mc]` now include a Load Performance card showing on-time rates, load acceptance trends, and broker write-back ratings — surfacing the network data brokers have been submitting.
KnowHaul now has a full set of legal pages — Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy — all reachable from the site footer. Required for payment processing and Paddle's production domain review.
