Refund Policy
KnowHaul Pro is billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Here's how cancellation and refunds work.

Paddle is our merchant of record
Subscriptions to KnowHaul Pro are sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. That means Paddle — not KnowHaul — is the seller of record on your transaction and handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax. Your card details go to Paddle; we never see or store them.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, and we won’t charge you again. Your account simply returns to the free tier when the period ends — your saved lanes, pins, and watchlist stay intact.
Refunds
- First Pro purchase: if KnowHaulPro isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro charge and we’ll refund it.
- Renewals: renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your billing period ends (you keep access through the end of the period either way).
Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Statutory rights to a refund under your local consumer-protection law are unaffected by this policy.
How to request a refund
Email admin@knowhaul.com from your account email with your order or invoice reference, and we’ll process the refund through Paddle. You can also manage your subscription and find your invoices through the receipt Paddle emailed you at purchase.
